Article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
In whatever condition everyone is, poor or rich, Italian or foreign, illiterate or educated, the opportunity to make use of judicial protection of its rights must be provided. So it’s important to act around the world to ensure that justice is the heritage of everyone.
