Article 7 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
This article reinforces that the essential equality must involve equality before the law. That means that all the rights the Declaration acknowledges are already existing at the law, they must be protected in term of both legislation and judicial. Public authority must control and protect every human being against any discrimination violating human rights or inciting this kind of discrimination.
So it’s important that all the communities cooperate in order to pursue the real common Good.
